Many FC's understand the need for incursions to be changed, heck they have tried to push it themselves.

I haven't betrayed them, at all times I worked for the incursion community. Giving them a voice on the forums and a skirt to pull at CCP.
I still do incursions, as a matter of fact I FC'ed a vanguard fleet today from BTL.
I never worked "12 months" to get up in the chains and betray anyone, that was not the goal and will never be (betrayal that is).
At the end of the day if WE made CCP realize how important incursions are both as a feature for itself and how it is affecting people in EVE regardless of system sec status then we've all accomplished something great.

BTL Pub reimburses logistic losses in assault, headquarter and mom fleets.
Initially the reimbursement was only for logistic losses in mom fleets since the vast majority of the ISK comes from the mom loot that is auctioned off.
The losses you speak of are mostly DPS and those few logis are unfortunately not covered because it wasn't a BTL fleet.
It would be the similar as saying Rooks and Kings should reimburse my logi, because I lost it in a Pandemic Legion fleet.

Just an example.

There was no political benefit. I revealed the whole story because a few in leadership positions were already aware of it and pushing it any further would not have gained anything more out of CCP unless I kept the interdiction going for a full 30 days or similar.
In that case not even the most patient of the incursion runner would have forgiven me even though a month long interdiction might have had CCP act much quicker.

The fact remains that by revealing myself publicly I gain and lose many aspects.
First of all I am being severely punished and restricted for my actions. Secondly a lot of friends/associates have turned their backs on me and even the small vanguard incursion community I created back in June want nothing to do with me.

*shrugs* that's what I knew would happen when I went into this and I shouldn't expect any other treatment. I wanted to get a point across to CCP and I managed. They created a feedback thread where everyone interested could chip in a few cents about incursions.

The only benefit with revealing myself is that I can now finally switch between alts without waiting a random amount of time as to not awake suspicion.
